SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-156 DISTRICT SR-156
°WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, met on January 20th, 1932, pursuant to
the ntice undr Section 29 and 30 f the Charter of
the said City to hear all written objections to the
confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll of
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-156, District SR-156 by
any person whose property is described in said prelim-
inary assessment roll, which roll was filed with said
City Council on January 6th, 1932, and,
WHEREAS the City Council, having received no
written objections filed to the confirmation of said
preliminary assessment roll by any person whose prop-
erty is described in said roll,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the prima facie assessments
as indicated on said preliminary assessment roll, be
and are , in all things confirmed and sustained against
any and all lots or parcels of ground described there-
in except as to the following described lots or parcels
against which saidassessment is modifiedand reduced,
the amount by which said assessment is hereby reduced
being hereby charged to the City at large, so that the
assessment shall be as follows, it being hereby decided
that the special benefits to said lots, on account of
the reasons givens are those benefits as stated below,
after such reduction and modification:
