CONFIRMING THE REQUESTS TO FLORIDA POWER
& LIGHT COMPANY BY THE CITY MANAGER DATED
NOVEMBER 10, 1931, AND DECEMBER 7, 1931,
RESPECTIVELY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO
ADDITIONAL 100-CANDLEPOWER OVERHEAD BRACK-
ET TYPE STREET LIGHTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the request of the City Manager to Florida
Power & Light Company, dated November 10, 1931, for
the installation and operation thereafter of one
100-candlepower overhead bracket type street light
at the northeast corner of Garden Avenue and West
34th Street; and the request of the City Manager to
Florida Power & Light Company, dated December 7, 1931,
for the installation and operation of one 100-candle-
power overhead bracket type street light on the west
side of West Avenue in the middle of the block between
9th and 10th Streets, are hereby ratified and con-
firmed.
