Resolution 2516 RESOLUTION NO. 2516
WHEREAS, R. H. Hutchins proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a timber dock fronting Lot 13 , Block 5, Di Lido
Island in Biscayne Bay, within the municipal limits of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon draw-
ing marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
TIMBER DOCK FRONTING
LOT 13 BLK. 5 DI LIDO ISLAND
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
FOR R. H. HUTCHINS, ESQ.
BISCAYNE ENGINEERING CO. CIVIL ENG'RS.
SCALES SHOWN. MIAMI, FLA. JAN. 18, 1932. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said R. H.
Hutchins will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive , and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, A.D.
1932.
