A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION OF AN
ASSESSMENT ROLL.

PROVEMENT SR-157 DISTRICT SR-157
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him
with the City Clerk, on the above described improve-
ment in accordance with the provisions of Sections
29 and 30, of the City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10:00 otciock A. M. , March 16th, 1932, at
which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, A. D.
1932.
