SANITARY SEWER IV-
PROVEMENT SR-158 DISTRICT SR-158
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council here-
by setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-158 The laying underground of a 15" Terra Cotta
or a 15" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center line of West Fifty-
First Street from a point at or near the
West line of Pine Ttee Drive to a point at
or near the center line of Apache Avenue;
The laying underground of a 12" Terra Cotta,
or a 12" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the said center line of Apache
Avenue from a point at or near the said
center line of West Fifty-First Street to
a point at or near the center line of the
ten foot easement through Block 23 of Lake
View Subdivision, produced Easterly;
At or near the center line of the Easements
through Blocks 21 and 22, and the said
Block 23 of the said Lake View Subdivision,
and in and across Black Hawk and Cherokee
Avenues, and the said Apache Avenue, from
a point at or near the intersection of the
said center line of Apache Avenue and the
said center line of the Easement through
Block 23, produced Easterly, to a point at
or near the Southwesterly corner of Lot 19
of said Block 21,
At or near the center line of an Easement
running Northerly through said Block 21 of
said Lake View Subdivision, from a point
at or near the said Southwesterly corner
of Lot 19, to a point at or near the North-
westerly corner of Lot 22 of the said Block
2 -
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Con-
crete Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to
the line of approximately each Fifty Feet
of abutting property, through said Blocks
21, 22 and 23 as a part of the main improve-
ment;

As said street, drive, avenues , lots, blocks,
subdivision and easements are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book No. 9, Page 155, and
in Plat Book No. lei-, Page 42 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said
Avenues are named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature , character and size of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in conform-
ity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind
of said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of expenses of preliminary
and other surveys the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mates, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construc-
tion, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expen-
ses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings
assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-158,
and the property against which assessments therefor may be
made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District
SR-155.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, A. D.
