SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-159 SR-159
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 2nd day of March A.D. , 1932, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Imr=.'ovemen.t SR-159, District SR-159, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
hasr_reaared and filed with the City. Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
coe.t thereof , ircludirg an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and 7hereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been rade that the City Council would on the 16th day of
March,A. D., 1932, at the City Hall in said City at

interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering:
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
