Resolution 2532 RESOLUTION NO. 2532
WHEREAS, William K. Vanderbilt proposes to
make application to the War Department for permis-
sion to construct a boat slip located at "Ara Base"
Harbor Terminal Island, within the municipal limits
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon
two drawings designated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of
2, marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PER,MIT APPLICATION
TO CONSTRUCT A BOAT SLIP
LOCATED AT "ARA BASE" HARBOR TERMINAL
MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
WILLIAM K. VANDERBILT, OWNER
J. P. DUFFY ENGINEER
APRIL 1st 1932"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said
William K. Vanderbilt will not interfere with any
plans for work which the said City Council has in
view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
`' cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive , and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, A. D.
1932.
