RESOLUTION NO. 2534
WHEREAS, J. L. Patten proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to dredge a
channel and construct a boat slip and bulkhead on In-
dian Creek off Lots 12 and 13 , Block 2 Second Ocean
Front Subdivision, within the municipal limits of the
City of Miami Beach Florida as shown upon two draw-
ings,designated Sheet 1 of 2,and Sheet 2 of 2, marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION FOR
DREDGING A CHANNEL & CONSTRUCT-
ING A BOAT SLIP AND BULKHEAD ON
INDIAN CREEK
FOR J. L. PATTEN
500 COLLINS AVE. MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA.
AUGUST DE WINKLER, CIVIL ENGINEER.
APRIL 18, 1932. "
and
WHEREAS said plans have been presented to and
considered by,the City Council, and
:WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said J. L.
Patten will not interfere with' any plans for work •
which the said City Council has in vier,
ITOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, lorida, in legal meeting assem-
mi bled, that the said City Council waives and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, A. D.
1932.
