Resolution 2535 RESOLUTION NO. 2535
WHEREAS, Henry H. Geary proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to dredge
a channel and construct a dock in Biscayne Bay off
his Lot 21 Block 1, Nautilus Subdivision, within the
municipal limits of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as shown upon two drawings designated Sheet 'l af_ 2
and Sheet 2 of 2, marked:
"Sketch to accompany permit application for
DREDGING A CHANNEL AND CONSTRUCTING A DOCK FOR
HENRY H. GEARY.
4550 N. BAY ROAD MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
AUGUST DE WINKLER, CIVIL ENGIEER.
MIAMI BEACH FLA.
APR. 12, 1932. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said
Henry H. Geary will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, A. D.
1932.
