Resolution 2538 RESOLUTION NO. 2538
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, That the Mayor and City
Clerk, for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach,
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute and deliver to C. Alan Hudson and Ellen
Granville Brown Hudson, his wife, an instrument remis-
ing, releasing and quit-claiming unto the said Hudsons,
their heirs and assigns forever, all of said City*s
right, title and interest in and to that certain Ease-
ment along the Northerly Five Feet of Lot 14 and South-
erly Five Feet of Lot 15, in Block 31, of Lake View
Subdivision, according to Plat Book 14, Page 42 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, reserved by
said Plat. for the use of Wire Lines, Pipe Lines, Poles,
Sewers , Water Mains, etc. , in exchange for a Ten Foot
(io') Easement from Miami Beach Bay Shore Company in
favor of said City for the use of Wire Lines, Pipe
Lines, Poles, Sewers and Water Mains along the North
Line of Lot 13, Block 31, of said Lake View Subdivi-
sion.
