RESOLUTION NO. 2540
WHEREAS, Warren G. Wright proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to construct
a seawall and groyne in the Atlantic Ocean off Lots 21
and 22, Fisher's First Ocean Front Subdivision, within
the municipal limits of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
11 as shown upon three drawings designated Sheet 1 of 3,
Sheet 2 of 3, and Sheet 3 of 3, marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
TO CONSTRUCT A "SEAWALL & GROYNE"
IN THE ATLANTIC OCEAN
OFF #5255 COLLINS AVENUE
MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
WARREN G. WRIGHT , OWNER.
ZURWELLE & WHITTAKER CO. , ENGINEERS.
MAY 16, 1932. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Warren
G. Wright will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waive, and it does hereby
waive, all objections to the said proposed construction.
