Resolution 2550 RESOLUTION NO. 2550
WHEREAS, M. H. Segnitz proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for Permission to con-
struct a timber dock in Biscayne Bay off Lot 6 Block
Rivo Alto Island, within the municipal limits of
tie City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon a
drawing marked:
"PROPOSED TIMBER DOCK ON
BISCAYNE AT RIVO ALTO IS-
LAND MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
APPLICATION BY M. H. SEG-
NITZ, MAY 28 - 1932. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said M. H.
Segnitz will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waive, and it does hereby
waive, all objections to the said proposed construction.
