SANITA7Y SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-160 SR-16o
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .&IIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-160 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or an
8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the center line of Apache Avenue from
a point at or near the center line of W. Fifty—
first Street to a point at or near the Southerly
Line of Lot 15, Block 31 of Lake View Subdivision.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral to the Street line of said Lot 15.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot, and Block are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14 at Page 42,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Avenue is named and designated in
Ordinance #232.
And it is hereby directed that the material ,
nature, character, and size of said improvement
be subsequently determined in conformity with
one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans end specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica—
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings , the preparation of bonds , interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, ase te ,
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR- 160, and the property
against which assessments therefor mey be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-160.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October A . D. , 1932.
