BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:

mr That the consutrction of the following described improvement is hems-
by ordered to be made; the City Cou cil hereby setting forth its in-
tention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-161 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or
an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center line of Apache Avenue
from a point at or near the center line of
Block 23 of Lake View Subdivision produced
Easterly to a point at or near the Northerly
Line of Lot 2, Block 9-A of said Subdivision;
Together with a 8" Terra Cotta, or a 6"
Concrete Sewer lateral to the street line of
E ; said Lot 2.
As said Avenue, Lot, and Blocks are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14 at Page 42,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
41and as said Avenue is named and designated
in Ordinance #232.
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improve-

==t' ment be subsequently determined in conformity

4 with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is herey directed to prepare and to file with the
:" City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, th'inspection and
4 superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
, ,
-._-1 tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
,, proceedings, thepreparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided.

of abutting property.
This Improverient shall_ be designated in ell_ proceedings, assessments
4. and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-161, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-161.
