SANITARY SEVER DISTRICT SR-160
IMPROVEMENT SR-160
WHEREAS, t ie City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of October , 1932,
ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-160, District SR-160, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has r_repared end filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cos , thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter hasbe
P made that the City Council would on the 19thday of
October , 1932, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o ' clock A.
',It. , receive and hear objections of all persons
,
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

SR-160, District SR-160, be and the same is hereby con-
firmeol, dthe City with City Forceslhereby declares without contract.its intention
to proceed
