IMPROVEMENT SR-161
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of October , 1932, ordered the

District SR-161, and
thhee City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
beep. Lade that the City Council would on the 19thday of
October , 1932, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00

interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvemeilt, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

firmed, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
to proceed with City Forces without contract. ,
