A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF TWO SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- DISTRICTS SR-158
MENTS SR-158 and SR-159 and SR-159
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-15S and
SR-159, Districts SR-155 and SR-159, respectively, have
been completed and acceptance of said improvements recom-
mended by the City Manager and the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter of
said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 o'clock A. M. , on November 16th, 1932, at the City
Hall, at which time and -Place said City Council will hear
any objections of persons interested in or affected by the
said improvements as to the acceptance thereof by the City
Council.

1932.
