RESOLUTION NO. 2568
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR- 162 SR.-162
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described improverr,ent is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR--162 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or an
8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances;
At or near the center line of W. Forty—eighth
Street from a point 270 Feet East of the East
Line of Alton Road to a point 122,5t East of the
said. East line of Alton Road;
I Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to the street
line of Lot 7, Block 11 of Nautilus Addition;
As said Street, Road, Lot and Block are shown
on Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 8, Page
130 of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improvement
be subsequently determined in conformity with
one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer ishereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, thepreparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con—
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR«162, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR- 162.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November A.D. , 1932.
