Resolution 2570 RESOLUTION NO. 2570
WHEREAS, H. W. Thomas, as Agent for Dr. A. M.
Chappell, proposes to make application to the War Depart-
ment for permission for the placing of nine wood piles in
Biscayne Bay in front of an existing dock at Lots 20 to
25, inclusive, Aquarium Site Subdivision, Miami Beach,
Florida, as shown upon a drawing marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLI-
CATION FOR THE PLACING OF NINE WOOD
PILES IN BISCAYNE BAY IN FRONT OF
EXISTING DOCK AT LOTS 20 TO 25, IN-
CLUSIVE, AQJUARIUM SITE SUBDIVISION,
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA FOR DR. A. H.
CHAPPELL H. W. THOMAS - AGENT NOV.
1st, 1932. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Dr. A. M.
Chappell will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the
said City Council waive, and it does hereby waive, all ob-
jections to the said proposed construction.
