RESOLUTION NO. 2578
WHEREAS, Mayor Val C. Cleary, Councilmen Harry
McCarthy, C. L. Clements and Arthur Childers have faith-
fully served the City of Miami Beach in their respective
capacities, giving unstintingly of their time and energy
in behalf of the public welfare,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
of the City of Miami Beach that we hereby express to the
said Mayor Val C. Cleary and Councilmen Harry McCarthy,
C. L. Clements and Arthur Childers, our thanks and appre-
ciation not only on behalf of ourselves but for and in
behalf of the citizens at large and we further herewith
express our regret of their retirement from this body.
