Resolution 2581 RESOLUTION NO. 2581
WHEREAS : rs. Hannah E. Jaquith proposes to make ap-
plication to the War Department for permission to construct
a dock in Biscayne Bay off Lot 1, Block 4, Di Lido Island,
within the municipal limits of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as shorn upon a drawing marked:
"PROPOSED DOCK IN BISCAYNE BAY
AT DI LIDO ISLAND. MIAMI BEACH
FLA. APPLICATION BY MRS. HANNAH
E. JAQIUITH DECEMBER 10 1932. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered
by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Mrs. Hannah E.
Jaquith will not interfere with any plans for work which the
said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beac? , Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the said
City Council waive, and it does hereby waive, all objections to
the said proposed construction.
I PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of January, A. D. 1933.
