A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
EXPRESSING SYMPATHY ON THE DEATH OF
OUR ESTEEMED FELLOW CITIZEN MR. FRANK
C. HEAL.
WHEREAS, Almighty God in his infinite wisdom, has
seen fit to take from our midst, our esteemed fellow citi-
zen Mr. Frank C. Heal , and
WHEREAS, Mr. Heal rendered memorable and efficient ser-
vice to his fellow citizens, serfing as a Councilman of this
City for a term of four years, from 1922 to 1926, and
WHEREAS, the community recognizes in his passing, the
loss of a man who has done much to help build and develop
our fair City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
said City of Miami Beach, that we hereby express to the widow
of our departed friend, not only for ourselves but in behalf
of the community, our sincere sympathy, and
BE IT RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the
minute record of our City Council and that a copy of same
be given to the widow, Mrs. Frank C. Heal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, A. D.
1933.
