SANITARY SENER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-163 SR.-163
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its in.
tention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-163 The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta
or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center line of West Fifty--
Second Street and saidoenter line produced
Easterly from a point at or near the Easterly
line of Block 18, LaGorce Golf Subdivision produced
Southerly to a point at or near the westerly
line of Lot 18, Block 19 of said Subdivision
produced Northerly;
The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta,
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center line of the 10 foot
easement through said Block 19, and in and
across said West Fifty-second Street from a
point at or near the said center line of
West Fifty Second Street to a point at or
near the Southeasterly corner of Lot 2 of
said Block 19;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6"
Concrete Sewer Lateral from the main sewer
to the line of approximately sixty feet of
abutting property, through said Block 19
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Lots, Blocks, Easement,
and Subdivision are shown on a Plat re.
corded in Plat Book 14 at Page 43 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the ei=timated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
