BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
. OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
:t.. - That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 9:00 o 'clock A. M. , February

15th, A. D. 1933, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec in or affected by the above designated
improvementeas to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvements, as
completed, be and the sameare hereby accepted.
