RESOLUTION NO, 259
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-164 SR-164
I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-164 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or an
8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the center line of West Sixty-Second Street
from a point at or near the cuter line of Sheridan
Avenue to a point at or near the Westerly line of
Lot 4, Block 12, Beach View Addition,
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral to the street line of said 1.o t 4.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot and Block are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 16 at Page 10 of
the Public., Records of Dade County, Florida3 and as said No.30
West Sixty-second Street is named and designated in Ordinance /
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improverrient.

one of such descriptions,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an
estimate of the cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys.
The inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc., mad
any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein providedfor; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments,
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR -164 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-164,
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS lst day of March AID, 1933.
