BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a certificate of testi-
monial be prepared and delivered to Colonel Henry
L. Doherty in the following terms:
TESTIMONIAL
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, officially
recognizes the constructive efforts of Colonel
Henry L. Doherty in the advancement and up-
building of this community, and
IN TESTIMONY thereof, we, the Mayor and members
of the Council, by virtue of the authority in
us vested, have this day signed and to him de-
livered this Certificate and have hereto set
the Seal of the said City.
GIVEN at the City of Miami Beach this the 9th
day of March, A. D. 1933.
