WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
iordered the
� adopted o n the 5th day of April , 19 33
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-165 , District SR-165 , and
1 the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
coat thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
bee:Li rade that the City Council would on the 19th day of
' April , 153 , at the City Hall in said City at 9.i00
o 'clock A. :.:. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said imi rovement, and no cojectiona having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFOR:,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council orderinc said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-165, District SR-165 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed,, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
to proceed with City forces without contract.
