Resolution 2614 RESOLUTION NO. 261+
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that we hereby approve and endorse the
passage by the Legislature of an Act to authorize the
appointment of Deputies by the City Clerk and Tax Collec-
tor subject to confirmation by the City Council, as sug-
gested in the attached form.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each of the following: The
Honorable Senator John W. Watson, The Honorable Representa-
tive E. E. Roberts, The Honorable Representative J. C.
Brown, The Honorable Representative S. P. Robineau, be
respectfully requested to see that a Bill be introduced
and passed during this Session of the Florida State Legis-
lature, amending the City Charter so as to make these
appointments possible.
