Resolution 2627 RESOLUTION NO. 2627
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that we hereby approve and endorse the
passage by the Legislature of an Act to authorize the ap-
pointment by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council,
of an Assistant Municipal Judge; also a duly authorized Deputy
to act as Clerk of the Municipal Court as suggested in the
attached form.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each of the following: The Honor-
able
Senator John W. Watson, The Honorable Representative
E. E. Roberts, The Honorable Representative J. C. Brown, The
Honorable Representative S. P. Robineau, be respectfully re-
quested to see that a Bill be introduced and passed during
this Session of the Florida State Legislature, amending the
City Charter so as to make these changes possible.
