Resolution 2631 RESOLUTION NO. 2631
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the
City Council that the Tax Collector in closing his books
following the tax sale held September 5th, 1932, trans—
ferred all tax sale certificates belonging to the sinking
fund to the current fund and transferred cash equal to the
face value of said sinking fund tax sale certificates to
the sinking fund, and
WHEREAS, said transfer of funds and certificates
was made without authority of the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said tax
collector be instructed to retransfer cash and tax sale cer—
tificates belonging to the current fund and to the sinking
fund so that both of said funds shall carry their proper
proportion of tax sale certificates based on the taxes levied
for each of said funds for the then current fiscal year.

1933.
