SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-169 SR-169
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-169 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
or an 8" concrete sanitary sewer, and necessary
manholes end appurtenances;
At or near the center line of the 10 foot
easement through block 17, LaGorce Golf
Subdivision and in and across West Fifty-
Second Street from a point at or near the
center line of said West Fifty Second Street
to a point at or near the Northerly line of
Lot 12 of said. Block 17;
At or near the center line of the 10 foot
easement through block 19 of said Subdivision
from a point at or near the Southerly line of
Lot 2 of said Block 19 to a point at or near
the Southerly line of Lot 15 of said. Block 19;
Together with a 6" terra cotta or a 6" concrete
sewer lateral from the main sewer to line of
approximately each 60 feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Street , Lots, Blocks, Easement and
Subdivision are shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book No. 14 at Page 4-3 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improve-
ment t e subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement Sr-169, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-169.
