Resolution 2634 RESOLUTION NO. 2634
WHEREAS, there has been recommended to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, by the Zon-
ing Board of Adjustment, the advisability of considering
the amending, supplementing, changing, modifying and/or
repealing of the regulations, restrictions and/or boun-
daries, as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida,
as hereinafter set forth, to•wit:
That Four lots lying immediately South of
Fifteenth Street, between Washington and
Drexel Avenues, described as Lots 1, 2,
3 and 4 in Block 75, Pine Ridge Subdivision
as shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book
6, at Page 34, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, be changed from "BAA" Busi-
ness- District to "BA" Business District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hear-
ing be called for the 5th day of July, 1933, at 9:00
o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall,
Itiami Beach, Florida, for the purposes as above set forth,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time,
place and object of such hearing be published as is pro-
vided by said Ordinance No. 289 .
