SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-167 SR-167
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 17th day of May , 1933, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer I o-rovement SR-167, District SR-167, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and; filed with the City Clerk plans endspe-
cifications of such improvement and en estimate of the
coat thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as recuired by the City Charter has
bee, merle that the City Council would on the 7th day of
June , 1933, st the City Hall _.,.n said City at -9 :00
o 'clock A. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objection:; having been presented
at the time and place. aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami •each, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council orderinc_• said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SRS-167, District SR-167, be and the came is hereby con-
`:. .,. firmed, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
to proceed with City forces without contract.
