RESOLUTION NO . 2637
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR,-.16g SR-168
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
ado^ted on the 17th day of May , 1933, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer I. orovement SR-16g, District SR-168, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
coat thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
beeee made that the City Council would on the 7th day of
June , 1933, at the City Hall in said City at 9 .00
o 'clock A. 7_ , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said im rovemelt, and no ocjectione having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Hiami Seach, Flori c.a., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improverent
SR-16g, District SRp.16g, be and the same is hereby con-
firmed* and the City Council hereby declares its intention to
proceed with City forces without contract.
