Resolution 2639 RESOLUTION NO. 2639
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regu-
lations, restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in Ordi-
nance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Lot 1 of Block 1, Lot 30, Tract "A" and
Lot 31 of Block 2, Hibiscus Island as shown
on a plat recorded in Plat Book 8 at Page 75,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, be
changed from "RD" Single-Family District to
"RE" Multiple-Flamily District, and

That Lots 29 and 30 of Block 3, the East 128
feet of Tract "C" , the West 125 feet of Tract
"D" , and all of Tract "B" , Hibiscus Island
as shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 8
at Page 75, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, be changed from "RD" Single-Family
District to "BAA" Business District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 5th day of July, 1933, at 9:00 o*clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purposes as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
