SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SNS-169 SR-169
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of June , 1933 ordered the
t
Sanitary Sewer I .:r-2v ement SR-169 , District SR-169 and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has -crepaar ,d and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
co ~t thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
beel. made that the City Council would on the 21st day of
June , 1933 ,t the City Hall in said City at -5 :00
o 'clock A. T::. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
4said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sew Improvement
SR-169, District SR-169 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed.
