Resolution 2645 RESOLUTION NO. 2645
WHEREAS, the Miami Beach First National Bank has
been requested by the City of Miami Beach to deposit in
their own name with the Chemical Bank & Trust Company,
New York City, the sum of $37,590000 for the payment
of all City of Miami Beach bond interest coupons due
July 1st, 1933,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said
Chemical Bank & Trust Company be andthey are hereby in-
structed to forward the said coupons to the said Miami
Beach First National Bank, Miami Beach, Florida, after
complying with the provisions of Resolution No. 2635 of
this City Council passed June 7th, 1933.
