RESOLUTION NO. 2647
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF TOUR SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- DISTRICTS SR.-163,
MENTS SR-163, 164, 165 164, 165 and 169
and 169
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvements SRF-163, 164, 165
and 169, Districts SR-163, 164, 165 and 169, respectively, have
been completed and acceptance of said improvements recommended
by the City Manager and the City Engineer.
4i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with the Charter of said City,
that a meeting of the City Council will be held at 9:00 o' clock
A. M., on August 2nd, 1933, at the City Hall, at which time
and place said. City Council will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as to the
11 acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, A. D. , 1933.
