RESOLUTION NO. 2649
WHEREAS, Wilbert Harborn proposes to make application
to the War Department for permission to construct a timber
dock and mooring piles in Biscayne Bay, within the municipal
limits of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon
a drawing designated Sheet 1 of 1, marked: .
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TIrBER DOCK
AND MOORING PILES FRONTING LOT 15 BLOCK
11 4 RIVO ALTO ISLAND MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
FOR WILBERT HARBORN, OWNER. MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA. A. DeWINKLER CIVIL ENGINEER
925 LINCOLN ROAD JULY 10, 1933."
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and consider-
ed by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Wilbert Har-
born will not interfere with any plans for work which the said
City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the
said City Council waive, and it does hereby waive, all objec-
tions to the said proposed construction.
