i a� -,. RESOLUTION NO. 2650 WHEREAS, Joseph A. Tonkin proposes to make application to the War Department for permission to construct a dock in Indian Creek, within the municipal limits of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon a drawing marked: "PROPOSED DOCK FOR MR. J. A. TONKIN LOT 7 BLOCK 2 BEACH VIEW ADDITION MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA RUSSELL T. PANCOAST ARCHITECT MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA JUNE 15, 1933." and, WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered by the City Council, and WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Joseph A. Tonkin will not interfere with any plans for work which the said City Council has in view, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the said City Council waive, and it does hereby waive, all objec— tions to the said proposed construction.
