Resolution 2651 RESOLUTION NO. 2651
WHEREAS, F. O'Neill proposes to make application
to the War Department for permission to construct a timber dock
and boat slip in Indian Creek, within the municipal limits
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon two draw-
ings designated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2, marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLI--
CATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A TIMBER DOCK AND BOAT SLIP LOT
15 BLOCK 1-A BEACH VIEW SUBD'N.
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR F.
O'NEILL, OWNER 5701 PINE TREE
DRIVE MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA A.
De1INKLER CIVIL ENGINEER. 925
LINCOLN ROAD JULY 14, 1933."

WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and consider-
ed by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said F. O'Neill
will not interfere with any plans for work which the said City
Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the
said City Council waive, and it does hereby waive, all objec-
tiais to the said proposed construction.
