BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 9):00 o 'clock A. M. , August
2nd , A. D. 19.33, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestea in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August
A. D. 1933 .
