BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
1 OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 9:00 o 'clock A. M. , August
2nd , A. D. 1933, it would hear any objections of per-
4 sons interestee in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
' jections having been presented, said improvement, as
#p completed, be and th% same is hereby accepted.
