SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-170
IMPROVEMENT SR-170
FE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following describedimprovement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-170 The laying underground of an S" Terra Cotta
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and
necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center line of Flamingo Drive
from the northerly line of Lot 13, Block 4 of
Flamingo Terrace Subdivision, produced Easterly
to the northerly line of Lot 26, Block 3 of the
said Flamingo Terrace Subdivision, produced
Westerly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" concrete
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the street
line of Lot 26, Block 3 of the said Flamingo
Terrace Subdivision.
AS said Drive , Lots , Blocks end Subdivisions are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 10, at
page 3 of the Public Records of Dade County,Fla..
And it is hereby directed that the material , nature ,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specific?tions of each kind of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost of eech, including an estimate of the cost of ex-
penses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans end specifications and estimates ,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation
of bonds , interest during construction, legal services , abstracts , etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all •proceedings, assessments
and bonds es Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-170 , and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-170.
