SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR—i71 DISTRICT SR-171
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-171 The laying underground of an 8"
terra cotta or an S" concrete sanitary
sewer and the necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the center line of Fairgreen
Drive from a point at or near the North
curb of West Twenty—eighth street to a
point at or near the center line of
West Twenty—ninth Street.
Together with 6" Terra Cotta or 6"
Concrete sewer laterls from the main
sewer to the street lines of Lot 6,
Block B and Lot 21 , Block A of the
Second Amended Plat of Blocks A and B
of Fairgreen Subdivision as a part of
the min improvement.
As said Drive , Streets, Lots , Blocks and
Subdivision are shown on a. Plat recorded
in Plat Book No. 31 at Page 82 of the
Public Records of Dade County , Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material ,
nature , character and site of said improvement
be subsequently determined in conformity with
one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
end an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and super—
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the
preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct—
ing the proceedings and work herein nrovin for; and the estimated.
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-171 , and the property
against which assessments , therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-171.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16thDAY OF August A.D.1933.
