DISTRICT H-122 HIGHWAY IItROVEMENT
H-122
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter.
H-122 FAIRGREEN DRIVE: From a point twenty
feet Southerly of the Northerly line of
West Twenty-eighth Street to a point Twenty
feet Northerly of the Southerly line of
West Twenty-ninth Street, to be paved , and
where heretofore paved, to be repaved, to a
width of Eighteen Feet with a bituminous
wearing surface on an S" rock base , together
with necessary drainage;
As said Drive and Streets are shown on a
Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 31 at Page $2
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications cif said improvement and an es-
timate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings , the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal
service, abstracts , etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated. in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-122, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H-122.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF August A.D. 1933.
