RESOLUTION NO . 2663
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMi'ROVEIvIEIvT SR-171 SR--171
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of August , 19 33, the
City Council bussed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-177, District SR-171 , and directed the City Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an ectimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted et -elle door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the 6th day of September , 19 33, at 9):CO
o 'clock A. I. . , the City Council will hear the objections
- of all persons interested to the confirmation of saidre-
solution ordering said improvement .
