IMPROVEMENT SR-172
BE IT RTSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-172 The laying underground of an 8" Terra gotta
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the center line of est e3rd
Stre t from a point at or near the center
line of Royal Palm Avenue to a point aperexi-
mately One Hundred Seventy-Five Feet Westerly
of the West line of Sheridan Avenue.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a. 6"
Concrete Sewer Lateral from the main sewer
to the street line of Lot 18, Block 6, Orchard
Subdivision No. 4,
As said Street, Avenues, Lot, Block and
Subdivision are shown on a. Plat recorded in
Plat Book No. 25 at Page 30 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said
Royal Palm Avenue is named and designated in
Ordinance No, 252.
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character and size of said improvement
be subsequently determined in conformity with
one of such descriptions,
The City engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specificetions of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost
of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest luring construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Imerovement Sr-172, and the property
against which assessments, therefor may be made for the cost tereof
shall be designated as District Sr-172,
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF August A.D.1333
