RESOLUTION NO . 2666
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEdIENT SR-172 SR-172
WHEF:EAS, on the 16tay of August , 1933, the
City Council passed and adoptea a resolution ordering
ment
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Imdeove
SR-172, District SR-172, and directed the City Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the coot thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plane and specifications and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted et the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and. Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a. meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach n the 6th day of September , 1933, at 9:00
o 'clock. A. , the City Council will hear the objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of saidre-
solution orderin said improvement .
