RESOLUTION NO .2667
SANITARY SLUR DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-170 SR-170
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 2nd day of Augu t , 193.3 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-170, District SR,170 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the Cite Council,
has prepared end filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
beeki made that the City Council would on the 16th day of
August , 1933 , at the City Hall in said City at 4:00
o 'clock A. receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beech, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-1 , District SR-170 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, and the City Council hereby declares its intention to
proceed with City forces without contract.
